The Bridge to Freedom journey is achieved in my tried and tested treatment programme
Therapy is like problem solving. In therapy I will understand your current situation and your feelings about it and then apply my expertise to assist in resolving that problem so you can move closer to creating a life you want.
Therapy with me is about healing, transformation and working with your true values and beliefs.
We can work together and I will help you release negative beliefs, destructive emotions and psychological blocks, sometimes dealing with unresolved childhood traumas.
This release will allow and enable you to heal, update your beliefs, change your thinking and any unwanted behaviours, leaving you to create a life you want.
Clients come to me with a range of feelings and emotions:
- feelings of hopelessness
- wanting to give up
- certain fears
- a sense of failure
- jealousy
- depression
- unhelpful addictive behaviours
- resentment
- unresolved childhood wounds
Some clients come because they find they are stuck
- in an unhealthy situation
- experiencing conflict (and/or bullying)
- can’t seem to make progress in a particular area of their life
- lost direction and purpose in life, their passion, hopes and dreams
- stopped doing what they loved
Initial consultation
Book a free 10 -minute telephone/zoom call with me to discuss and ascertain a way forward for you. I completely understand that this is a brave step for some, but can assure you that after 10 minutes with me, you will have a sense of feeling good about yourself and will come away with something positive even if you choose not to have therapy with me.
Assessment
If I can help you, we will plan your therapy together. If I can’t help you, I will do my best to refer you to someone in my therapy network who can help you.
Treatment consultations
If you decide that therapy with me is appropriate, we will agree on a bespoke treatment plan.
Your treatment primarily includes one-to-one sessions in the privacy and sanctuary of my consulting rooms. You will be welcomed into the healing environment and atmosphere Grade ll listed treatment rooms dating back to 1490.
Alternatively, a one-to-one session over Skype or Zoom may be more appropriate.
Treatment plan
Following your treatment consultation, a tailored personal plan will be created for you to follow and build upon.
The treatment plan is intended as a supportive live working document which we can both contribute to and will assist in your journey to freedom.
Additional support
This will be in the form of follow up telephone calls, messaging, and/or email support between sessions. The frequency of this will be built into your treatment plan.
A personalised Bridge to Freedom audio recording which supports our sessions and reinforces session content. This is a bespoke motivational tool and proven method that provides effective, supportive and transformational support in addition to your sessions.
Rapid support
A bespoke day or overnight retreat package is available. This will remove you from your current surroundings and situations to suit your time frame. Before arrival your preferences will have been determined. Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed into the beauty of a Grade 2 listed healing space dating back to circa 1490. This beautiful farmhouse just 40 minutes from central London allows you to escape from all your responsibilities and settle into a relaxing environment. It is here your Bridge to Freedom journey begins.
